What this website collects
Only what you type into the contact or booking form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), the programme you are interested in, and your message. Nothing else is requested and no account is created.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your language preference is not stored; the site simply serves the language of the address you visit. If visitor statistics are enabled, they are collected with privacy-first, cookieless analytics that record page views without identifying individual visitors.
As with any website, the server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp, browser user agent) for security and troubleshooting.
Why it is collected and on what basis
Form submissions are used for one purpose: to answer you and arrange lessons. That is our legitimate interest in responding to a request you initiated. Access logs exist to keep the site available and secure.
Who sees it
Your message is emailed to the studio and read by the instructor. It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising. The only third parties involved are the technical providers that make the site work: the hosting provider and the email service that delivers the message.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept in the studio's email for as long as needed to answer you and to handle any lessons that follow. You can ask for your enquiry to be deleted at any time.
Your choices
Write to info@vwdance.com to ask what the studio holds about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you prefer not to use the form at all, simply call (617) 208-9949.
Children
The kids programme is arranged by a parent or guardian, who is the person contacting the studio. This website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
